Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Bookings made by you or via www.holidaycottages.co.uk. For bookings made via www.holidaycottages.co.uk please read The Travel Chapter Group's privacy policy here.

• CCTV footage for the safety and protection of our holiday cottages. This does not include audio.

What we do with the information we have?

We use the information that you have given us in order to create bookings and CCTV footage to protect our business.

We may share CCTV footage with Gwent Police and Monmouthshire Council.

 

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored at Triley Court Holiday Cottages.

We keep CCTV footage for 30 days. We will then dispose your information by erasing all footage on our devices.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
